Heidelberg International School opened its doors for the International Fun Fest on Saturday morning.Guests had the chance to enjoy a drink from the Tikki Juice Bar and international finger food, receive information and take part in games and other activities. For the first time this year Bobby-Car Racing was offered in the Gym and a grade 8 student set the first record: next year’s champion will have to beat her sensational time: She finished the course in 22 seconds.
Just before the start of the Fun Fest teachers tested the racing course.Wall-climbing, giant bubble making, a giant jenga game and face painting were some of the activities enjoyed by the guests.
The PTG organised a raffle and the winners happily carried away large baskets with wonderful goodies.
Many thanks to the Fun Fest Working Group for organising the event and to all helpers and supporters for making it a great experience. Thank you to our wonderful parents – the finger food was delicious!
