On Monday, four of our grade 9 students (Martin, Mattia, Miquel and Leon) had the opportunity to join Jonas Labrenz, local reporter at the Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung, for a behind-the-scenes glimpse of Heidelberg Christmas market.
The students met and interviewed stallholders and the organiser of the market. They will write about their experience as part of our „Schüler machen Zeitung“ project.

Today’s collection for “Die Heidelberger Tafel” was a big success and we want to thank you all for your overwhelming generosity! Despite of so many students and staff members being out sick, the H.I.S. community was able to make a difference for many people in need!
A huge thank you to our Parent Teacher Group for organising the Winter Gathering. The festive and cosy atmosphere in the MPR and at the camp fire outside was wonderful. What a fantastic buffet there was!
